Service Description

Physical therapy evaluation: 1 on 1 evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy to find the root cause of your symptoms/dysfunction. Implement proper education and treatment plan to begin your journey to feeling better. Performance evaluation: 1 on 1 assessment with integration of your personalized goals to achieve improved performance in your respective sport. A performance profile (movement analysis, strength, power, speed, and/or agility) tailored to the athlete will be provided to allow sport goals to be met optimally.
